Additional Sponsorships Montauk Conference

Please note that these sponsorships do not include conference attendance or room accommodations. Registration for room accommodations will begin shortly. All sponsorships include your logo on our website, social media  and promotional  materials, as well as an opportunity to meet-and-greet with attendees. Sponsorship 1 – Thursday – Coffee break table in the Conference Room (Exclusive opportunity) – $6500 Sponsorship Fee SOLD OUT

• This sponsorship includes Vendor Table #8, located directly adjacent to the coffee station.
• Your signage with brochures holder. (This is not a vendor table)
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 2 – Wednesday Registration Welcome Package – (Limit 2  – opportunities) – $2500 Sponsorship Fee SOLD OUT

Welcome Package: All items must be provided in a bag for distribution at registration.

• Promotional Items: Sponsors are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own promotional items.
• On‑Site Distribution: A representative from your organization may be present at registration to hand out your promotional items; however, this is not a vendor table and may not be used for displays, demonstrations, or extended engagement.
• Registration‑Only Presence: Your representative may remain only for the duration of the registration period and must depart once registration concludes.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 3 – Drink Tickets – (Limit 2 – opportunities) – $4000 Sponsorship Fee 1 AVAILABLE 

• One ticket for each participant with your logo on it.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 4 – Thursday –Beverage Soda, tea, etc., station only (Exclusive opportunity) – $1500 Sponsorship Fee SOLD OUT

• Brochure holder for brochures and your signage. (This is not a vendor table)
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 5 – of GRAND PRIZE RAFFLES – $1500 Sponsorship Fee SOLD OUT

• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.
• LIASEA will purchase the GRAND PRIZE.

Sponsorship 6 – Thursday Evening – after Dinner – Activity, Casino, wine tasting, paint night, karaoke (Exclusive opportunity) – $2500 Sponsorship Fee

• This will commence at the conclusion of the dinner/raffles, a specific start time is not guaranteed.
• Your Signage with your logo and brochures. (This is not a vendor table)
• You must pay for the Activity and pay Vendor directly.
• Must be approved by the LIASEA board.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 7 – Wednesday Evening in Gigi’s Bar or outside on deck weather permitting. (Exclusive Opportunity) $2500.00 Sponsorship Fee

• Opportunity to distribute promotional materials at a section of the bar.
• The sponsor will handle the payment for the drinks or wine tasting directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 8 – Thursday Dinner – Sponsorship for Special Dessert – $1500 Sponsorship Fee (Exclusive Opportunity)

• Your Signage with your logo and Brochures on each table. (This is not a vendor table)
• The sponsor will handle the payment for the Special Dessert directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship 9 – Thursday afternoon after the speaker event – bicycle ride or, winery, etc. – $750 Sponsorship Fee

• The sponsor will handle the payment for the Event directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them.
• Your Signage with your logo and Brochures on each table. (This is not a vendor table)
• Must be Board Approved.

Sponsorship 10 – Suggestions – Pick and someone will call you from LIASEA.

• We value your feedback and suggestions. If you have any ideas or proposals, please reach out to info@liasea.org. Your suggestions are important to us, and the board will carefully consider each one. Together, we can continue to improve and grow.

Special Platinum Sponsor Exclusive Opportunity #1 – $15,000

Included:

• Student Scholarship Awards: Sponsor up to two scholarships at our June 2026 Luncheon in your organization’s name.
• Speaker Session: Host a captivating session on Wednesday evening, at Gurney’s (with board approval). Display your brochures and giveaways on a small table (this is not a vendor table). Sponsors are responsible for purchasing beverages and appetizers directly with the venue. Presentations must be meaningful and contain relevant information that supports the work of special education leaders and may not be used for self‑promotion. 
• Prime Vendor Table: Choose your vendor table before registration opens to other vendors.
• Prominent Logo Placement: Feature your logo on our event website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Host a Virtual Session for LIASEA Membership: January – March of the 2026/2027 school year.
• Exclusive Accommodation: A limited opportunity to stay in one of our three‑bedroom cottages at Montauk Gurney’s, each accommodating up to three participants. As only two cottages are available, they will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. 
• Hassle-Free Registration: LIASEA will manage your registration, bypassing the regular process.

Special Platinum Sponsor Exclusive Opportunity #2 – $15,000

Included:

• Student Scholarship Awards: Sponsor up to two scholarships at our June 2026 Luncheon in your organization’s name.
• Thursday Morning Giveaway: Feature a standout promotional item at each attendee table for the start of the Guest Speaker Session (this is not a vendor table). Sponsors are responsible for ordering and paying for their items. This is a premium visibility opportunity designed to highlight your organization. 
• Prime Vendor Table: Choose your vendor table before registration opens to other vendors.
• Prominent Logo Placement: Feature your logo on our event website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Host a Virtual Session for LIASEA Membership: January – March of the 2026/2027 school year. Presentations must be meaningful and contain relevant information that supports the work of special education leaders and may not be used for self‑promotion. All proposed sessions are subject to review and approval by the LIASEA Board.
• Exclusive Accommodation: A limited opportunity to stay in one of our three‑bedroom cottages at Montauk Gurney’s, each accommodating up to three participants. As only two cottages are available, they will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. 
• Hassle-Free Registration: LIASEA will manage your registration, bypassing the regular process.

Vendor Table Cost 

• The cost for tables inside and outside the conference area is $3000.00.
• Each vendor may purchase one room at the time of table registration. You may choose either one double‑occupancy room or one single‑occupancy room.
• There will be an opportunity to obtain additional rooms at the general membership registration.

Table Availability

• A real-time pull-down listing of available Tables will be displayed.
• Once a Table is selected, it will disappear from the list, preventing others from choosing it.

Confirmation

Vendors will receive a confirmation email with their table details. If you don’t receive this email you are not registered.  

Selection Process Step for upgraded available cottages or suites at the Montauk Conference

By supporting LIASEA throughout the year, you not only strengthen the growth and education of our profession—you also gain an added benefit. Your generosity provides preferential consideration for room upgrades at our Montauk Conference as our way of saying thank you.

Vendor & Sponsorship Contributions

• Organizations with the highest paid contributions from January through August of the conference year will receive the first opportunity to upgrade to cottages or suites.

Upgrade Determination
All upgrade opportunities will be based on paid sponsorships received by August 1.
