Special Platinum Sponsor Exclusive Opportunity #1 – $15,000

Included:       

• Student Scholarship Awards: Sponsor two scholarships at our June Luncheon in vendors name.
• Speaker Session: Host a captivating session on Wednesday evening, at Gurney’s (with board approval). Display your brochures and giveaways on a small table (please note, this is not a vendor table). Sponsors are responsible for ordering beverages and appetizers directly with the venue.

• Prominent Logo Placement: Feature your logo on our event website, social media, and promotional materials.

• Prominent Logo Placement: Feature your logo on our event website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Exclusive Accommodation: Enjoy a three-bedroom cottage at our Montauk Gurney’s Venue, accommodating a maximum of three participants.
• Hassle-Free Registration: LIASEA will manage your registration, bypassing the regular process.

REGISTRATION FOR TABLES COMING SOON!

Vendor Sponsorships – $3,000.  (Does not include food or lodging)

Includes table location of your choice inside or outside the session room, electric, and networking activities. Your name and/or logo in all our conference publications and website link. Announcement of your organization at all breaks and signs at activity rooms with your name as a LIASEA Sponsor of the event.

You may purchase at the time of Vendor table registration a Limit of one room either double or single occupancy. You may register up to a max of two additional rooms at general members registration.

Selection Process Outline for when registration begins. 

1. Go to Website and Log in – liasea.org

• Each vendor and sponsorships will log in with their credentials.

• Go to yellow box Fall Conference

• Click: Vendor and Sponsorship Opportunities Read the choices.

• Click Registration.

This is where you will see your opportunities to pick a sponsorship. 

2. Sponsorship Selection Process

• Early Commitment

• • • Sponsors who commit early to the event will have priority in selection.
    • The cost of sponsorships are listed with each sponsorship

• Online Selection Platform

• • • Sponsors will access the sponsorship selection platform via the LIASEA website

• Table Availability

• • A real-time pull-down listing of available sponsorships will be displayed.
  • Once a sponsorship is selected, it will disappear from the list, preventing others from choosing it 

Confirmation

Sponsors will receive a confirmation email with their table details. If you don’t receive this email, you are not registered.  

3. Selection Process Step for upgraded available cottages or suites at the Montauk Conference

By participating throughout the year, you not only support the growth and education of our profession but also gain an added advantage. Your generosity will give you preferential consideration for room upgrades at our Montauk Conference. It’s our way of saying thank you for your invaluable support  

• Vendor/Sponsorship Contribution
• Those with the highest paid contributions from January to August of the Conference year, will have the first opportunity to upgrade to cottages or suites only.
• Those who contribute significantly to LIASEA (e.g., hosting sessions, providing products, luncheon scholarships, sponsorships, vendors) will receive priority for upgrades to cottages or suites only
• Contact for Upgraded rooms
• You will be contacted by LIASEA, with the cost of an upgraded room plan to a cottage or suites only and the cost to you depending on who will be attending from your organization.  

Upgrades will be determined based on the deadline of August 1st paid sponsorships

Additional Sponsorships Montauk Conference

Please note that these sponsorships do not include conference attendance or room accommodations. Registration for room accommodations will begin shortly. All sponsorships include your logo on our website, social media  and promotional  materials,

Sponsorship 1 – of GRAND PRIZE RAFFLES – $1500 Sponsorship Fee

• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials
• LIASEA will purchase the GRAND PRIZE

Sponsorship 2 – Wednesday Registration Welcome Package – (Limit 2 – opportunities) – $2500 Sponsorship Fee

 Welcome Package must be in a bag item to give out at registration

• You must purchase promotional items. (This is not a vendor table)
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 3 – Drink Tickets – (Limit 2 – opportunities) – $4000 Sponsorship Fee

• One ticket for each participant with your logo on it.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 4 – Thursday –Beverage Soda, tea, etc., station only (Exclusive opportunity) – $2500 Sponsorship Fee

• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials
• Brochure holder for brochures and your signage. (This is not a vendor table)
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 5 – Thursday – Coffee break table in the Conference Room (Exclusive opportunity) – $3500 Sponsorship Fee

• Your Signage with brochures holder. (This is not a vendor table)
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 6 – Thursday Evening – after Dinner – Activity, Casino, wine tasting, paint night, karaoke (Exclusive opportunity) – $2500 Sponsorship Fee

• Your Signage with your logo and brochures. (This is not a vendor table)
• You must pay for the Activity and pay Vendor directly
• Must be approved by the LIASEA board.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 7 – Wednesday Evening in Scarpetto’s Bar or outside on deck weather permitting. (Exclusive Opportunity) $2500.00 Sponsorship Fee

• Opportunity to distribute promotional materials at a section of the bar
• The sponsor will handle the payment for the drinks or wine tasting directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 8 – Thursday Evening – Cocktail Hour –  (Exclusive opportunity) – $1500 Sponsorship Fee

• Hi-Top Table for you to display your brochures. (This is not a vendor table)
• Signage with your logo
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials
• The sponsor will handle the payment for the Cocktail Hour directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them

Sponsorship 9 – Thursday Dinner – Sponsorship for Special Dessert – $1500 Sponsorship Fee (Exclusive Opportunity)

• Your Signage with your logo and Brochures on each table. (This is not a vendor table)
• The sponsor will handle the payment for the Special Dessert directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them.
• Logo on event website, social media, and promotional materials

Sponsorship 10 – Thursday afternoon after the speaker event – bicycle ride or, winery, etc. – $750 Sponsorship Fee

• The sponsor will handle the payment for the Event directly with the venue and coordinate all arrangements with them.
• Your Signage with your logo and Brochures on each table. (This is not a vendor table)
• Must be Board Approved

Sponsorship 11 – Suggestions – Pick and someone will call you from LIASEAI
