• Restrictions:
  • Only three vendor/participants per organization.
  • Drop off fees for personal room gift deliveries is $5 per room. (payable to Gurney’s)
  • Vendors must clear out all items on their display tables by Thursday, November 5th at 4pm.
  • All giveaways should be individually bagged prior to the event, to make it easier for distribution.  
  • To protect the integrity of the LIASEA Conference, ensure fairness among all sponsors, maintain a consistent attendee experience, and avoid conflicts with scheduled programming, vendors may not plan, host, or promote independent, unsanctioned off‑premise events during the two‑day conference. Promotion of separate unsanctioned off‑premise events may create liability concerns for LIASEA, as the association cannot assume responsibility for activities that occur off‑premise.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted for full refund before October 9, 2026 with notice in writing only.
