                             Speaker: Michael J. Mannix

                             Agenda: A foundational understanding of The 5Ls – The Gift of a Balanced Life,   introducing                                 participants to the framework and the science that supports it. The session explores how stress,                                 anxiety, and burnout affect work‑life balance and explains the purpose of each “L” and its role in                             achieving overall well‑being. Participants will begin identifying which “L” they may need to                                   strengthen and will receive an overview of the 5Ls Self‑Assessment tool to support ongoing                                     reflection and growth.

                        Speakers: Zoe Papazoglou, BCBA and Annelise Thompson, OTR/L of Dragonfly Cares

                        Agenda: This session explains why a regulated nervous system is a critical leadership tool,                                      especially for special education leaders who regularly absorb the dysregulation of others.                                          Participants will learn how the autonomic system, cortisol rhythms, and vagal tone influence                                    decision‑making, clarity, and the emotional climate of their teams.
