Tables are limited and subject to “First Come First Served Basis”

**Cancellation policy:  Cancellations will be accepted for full refund with 3 weeks prior notice in writing only**

à Gold Vendor Participation Table - $3500 per table - Includes table location inside the session room,  electric and networking activities. Your name and/or logo in all our conference publications and website link. Announcement of your organization at all breaks and signs at activity rooms with your name as a LIASEA Sponsor of the event. Limit of three representatives per table, does not include food or room accommodations. Registration for representatives will be separate.

à Silver Vendor Participation Table - $2500 per table - Includes table and networking activities. Includes table location outside the session room, and networking activities. Your name and/or logo in all our conference publications. Announcement of your organization at all breaks and signs at activity rooms with your name as a LIASEA Sponsor of the event. Limit of three representatives per table, does not include food or room accommodations. Registration for representatives will be separate.

Restrictions:

· Only three vendor/participants per organization.

· Drop off fees for personal room gift deliveries is $5 per room. (payable to Gurney’s)

· Vendors must clear out all items on their display tables by Thursday, November 2nd at 4pm.

· Set-up/arrival times on Wednesday will be staggered. (make your choice when registering)
